When it comes to selling homes, there are several challenges that need to be addressed in order to sell successfully. Pricing may be one of the most important steps when it comes to selling your home; however, another task is letting home buyers know your house is available. Selling a home is a bit more than placing a “For Sale” sign on the front lawn. My training has allowed me to figure out a way to make selling your home easier. Please read below to see how I can help make your home selling experience a successful one.
1. Price Your Home – When putting a price tag on your home, several aspects must be taken into consideration. You want to be sure not to overprice, because it might not sell, however, you want to establish a price that you are happy with as well. I can help you with this giving you a free appraisal and setting up a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).
2. Listing Your Home – I can list your home so realtors from all over the country can see your home is available to purchase. Your home can be another person’s dream home.
3. Marketing Your Home – More than just listing, I will also set up “For Sale” signs and find other ways to advertise your home to a potential market.
4. Generating Leads – After advertising, I can gather interested buyers and bring them to your home, and give them a chance to see the house in person.
5. Open Houses – I will set up open houses, which will allow the public and/or other realtors visit the house, without getting in the way of your everyday life!
6. Get Offers – Once we have some buyers who are interested in purchasing your home, I will help negotiate a deal that will satisfy you.
7. Inspections – If the buyer recommends that the home needs to be inspected, I can set up an inspector to come by and make sure everything is up to standards.
8. Appraisals – If the buyer recommends an appraisal, I will set up appointments for an appraiser to walk through the house and set up the value of the home.
9. Surveys – If the buyer feels the need to have the land surveyed, I can set up a time where the surveyor can survey your property.
10. Closing – After it is all said and done, I can help get the closing in order and finished. Once this is done, the house will be sold successfully!
